Meet me at the Starbucks on Pike Street in downtown Seattle on a Saturday morning.
We could talk about the weather, the pursuit of happiness, or even about the struggles we are currently facing in life.
After coffee, we could stroll the city streets and people watch. We could discuss how far Macklemore has come in the music industry and how he represents our city so well. Or we could speak of the soul that we are madly in love with and how they make us feel so alive.
By then, the sun will have fallen and stars will fill the night sky. We will end the day with sharing our hopes and dreams for our lives.
And in the end, we will both be thankful for living another day.
I'm Renee and life is a beautiful adventure.

Until you heal the wounds of your past, you are going to bleed. You can bandage the bleeding with food, with alcohol, with drugs, with work, with cigarettes, with sex; But eventually, it will all ooze through and stain your life. You must find the strength to open the wounds, Stick your hands inside, pull out the core of the pain that is holding you in your past, the memories and make peace with them.
